Terms & Conditions

By purchasing one or more digital files you agree to the following:

1. The photographer (Simone Brinsmead - ESP Photography Tas) retains copyright of the file/image at all times.

2. Your purchase entitles you to use the photograph(s) for personal use, including sharing on social media, and may also be used in conjunction with the promotion of your horse/s or equestrian business in online or print advertising.

3. You MAY NOT crop any photo to exclude my signature or logo, materially alter any photo, or add social media or phone app filters to any photo.

4. You MAY add your logo, details of the horse or equestrian business as part of promotional materials referred to in 2.

5. Please let me know if you would like your selected photo changed to black & white, colour, or cropped differently. I am happy to oblige.

6. Please contact me as soon as possible if your order includes additional photos that you did not select (excluding any album titled: Bonus!, which are free of charge but still subject to conditions listed above.)

6 (i) You MUST NOT use, distribute, publish, print, or otherwise profit from any files/images sent to you in error.

Contravention of 6 (i) may result in images and services being withdrawn.
